• Boil 1 liter water in a deep vessel and add 1/2 tsp salt and 10 ml oil.
• Once the water starts boiling add 200 gm Pasta of your choice (Penne, Macaroni, Fusilli etc.) Cook the pasta until they become soft.
• Drain the water and pass it through normal fresh water. Toss the pasta in little oil so that it doesn’t get sticky.
• Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add chopped veggies of your choice to it and cook for a while.
• Add a ready made d'sose pasta Sauce.
• Add the cooked pasta and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes and stir well.
• Transfer the pasta to the bowl and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
