What to Take :-Purana/shasti shali (rice) , Bengal gram , horse gram , veg- drum stick , Ardraka , garlic, bitter guard ,patoal (pointed guard) , vastuka (ridged guard ), Boiled water. What Not to Take :-Guru ahara (heavy) ,Viruddha Ahara , Dadhi , fish , raw sugar , masha ( black gram). Fatty food. Tobacco & alcohol .Not to take Cross combination Food eg. Onion & milk). Reduce salty and deep fried food.
