    What to Take :-

    Homemade cooked food .Purana/shasti shali (rice) are used in food, soup of drum stick twice a week. Add Adraka and garlic in food, veg like bitter guard, patoal(pointed guard), vastuka (ridged guard) are good, Boiled water and take.
